Addon says "update available" and disables reporting feature despite latest available version is installed.

I've added rate limits to the API. The extension doesn't expect you to open more than 10 times the extension menu in a minute.

With newest version 8.0.4 of the addon, in Firefox 133.0b6 reporting issues is no longer possible (does not react when clicking the button).

There was a regression. I've grouped 8.0.3 and 8.0.4 versions into 8.0.5. Let's see now with 8.0.5.
