Click on the Cookie Dialog Monster icon in your toolbar.

Step 2

In the popup, click on the cog settings icon in the header.

Step 3

Select the Clear List option to remove all entries from your exclusion list. Cookie Dialog Monster will be re-enabled for all sites.
