## Step 1
Click on the Cookie Dialog Monster icon in your toolbar.
## Step 2
In the menu, click on the cog settings icon.
## Step 3
Click on the **Export list** option, which will save your exclusions as a `.cdm` file. This file is a plain text file with each domain listed on a new line.
