Can't reproduce the issue here. Please, update to the latest version because we moved the form to the extension menu.

Can't reproduce the issue here.

Yes, it was with the (at the time of my report still latest) version 7.3.2 which had the "old" way of report dialogue, rendering in the browser canvas.

Thanks anyway for your report, we have been suffering problem like this for a long time until this recent change. So you shouldn't face it anymore.
